At Queen Libas, we take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our garments. Each piece is carefully checked and logged with video footage before dispatch to ensure our Quality Standard is met.
Exchanges & Refunds
We are unable to offer exchanges or refunds unless you receive a damaged or faulty item.

We will then provide further instructions on how to return the item. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Return Conditions
Items eligible for return must be sent back in their original packaging within 7 days of receipt.
The buyer is responsible for the return; we strongly advise using a tracked delivery service to ensure safe arrival.
Orders cannot be amended or cancelled once placed, so please ensure correct sizing and shipping details at checkout.
Colours may vary slightly due to photography lighting.
Responsibility & Accountability
Customers have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of goods. Items remain your responsibility until they reach us in the same condition as received.
All returns will be inspected upon arrival. Please avoid damaging garments, packaging, or labels during inspection or fitting.
We do not accept liability for goods that fail to reach us. Proof of postage must be retained.
Queen Libas reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange if damage has been caused to the goods.
Our Products
Many of our garments are hand embroidered and therefore delicate. A 5–10% variation in embellishment or finish is natural and not considered a fault.
Embellishments may shift slightly due to the artisanal nature of the work. These garments should be worn with care.
Sale Items
Sale items may be reduced due to end of season, minor markings, slight damage, or colour differences.
Such discrepancies are not classified as faults. Sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Refunds
Once your return has been approved, you will receive an email confirmation.
Refunds are processed within 5 working days, though some payment providers may take up to 14 days to credit your account.
Pre-Orders
Pre-orders cannot be cancelled once the deadline has passed.
As these are made to order, quantities are produced specifically for you.
